Refund & Cancellation Policy

Project Balyasora humbly accepts donations to support its mission of empowering children in remote areas through education and community programs.

As we are a non – profit maki initiative, we would like to clarify our refund and cancellation policy regarding donations:

Donations made to Project Balyasora are non-refundable.

• All donations are voluntary contributions towards our community and educational activities.
• Once a donation is made, it is considered final and will be used to further our work as described on this website.

   

Cancellation requests

• If in case, there is any error in making donations, (e.g. duplicate transaction or incorrect amount), please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction at [email protected] stating the full details of the transaction. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis.

We deeply appreciate the generosity and support of all our donors and assure you that all contributions are used appropriately for  the benefit of the children and communities we serve.
